TENDER DESCRIPTION
The ordinary cleaning service for the common areas of the premises of the crews of the Road Network and Monuments service, in accordance with the requirements and conditions set out in the technical specifications. The Provincial Council of Girona has personnel on its payroll to carry out the cleaning tasks for the corporation’s office buildings. However, for reasons of technical and organisational efficiency, the involvement of private companies is required to carry out the cleaning service for the premises of the Road Network and Monuments crews, since the Provincial Council of Girona cannot take on this service because it does not have sufficient staff in its workforce to provide it. For this reason, it is necessary to initiate a simplified open procedure in order to hire private companies to carry out the service.
