TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the scope of Lot No 1, the transport of children is provided for along the following route: Radnevo – Kovach – Trunovo – Kolarovo – Radnevo. The length of the route is 50 (fifty) kilometres. The route will be carried out 2 (two) times per day – in the morning and in the evening, which includes a total route length of 100 (one hundred) kilometres per day. Estimated number of travelling children – 8 (eight). The children’s transport is carried out in compliance with safety conditions. The specialised transport of children shall be carried out every school day according to the route timetable designated by the Contracting Authority. The same is an integral part of the draft contract for awarding the procurement and is in accordance with the template pursuant to Appendix No 9a of Ordinance No 33 of 3.11.1999 on public transport of passengers and goods on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, issued by the Minister of Transport. The route timetable is agreed by the carrier with the Regional Office “Control Activity – Executive Agency Automobil Administration (DAI)” according to its local registration.
