TENDER DESCRIPTION
This involves providing the necessary assistance and services for the normal conduct of air operations of the fleets of aircraft registered with the Ministry of Defense or operated by its personnel, as well as their crews, when they move to/from civil airports both national and international, and also in own or allied bases whenever the Ministry of Defense does not have the necessary means at those airports or bases, neither its own nor from other collaborators, or even if means are available, the corresponding support is requested.
