TENDER DESCRIPTION

To select the providers and determine/establish the specialized professional services of competent and qualified technicians to provide services in the fields of architecture, engineering and other related areas that will be the subject of future framework contracts (subject matter, conditions and characteristics). These services are: drafting technical projects, opinions and reports, site supervision and execution management, technical assistance and advisory services, among others related services, which are necessary to ensure the optimal condition of the University’s real estate assets, to ensure compliance with the applicable regulations at all times, and to adapt its spaces to the needs of the activity that is typical of it.
