TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is the music therapy sessions service (Vibrem Project) for adult and paediatric patients in palliative care situations, complex chronic conditions or long-term hospitalisation who, temporarily or permanently, are deprived of the right to universal access to culture. The scope includes one-hour music therapy sessions, which may be individual or group sessions, at home or in social and health-care facilities, in accordance with the requirements and conditions set out in the technical specifications. This contract falls within the existing collaboration between the Diputació de Girona and the Universitat Hospital Universitari de Girona Dr. Josep Trueta, which is integrated into the Institut Català de la Salut (ICS) (hereinafter the Hospital), formalised through a Protocol of intent approved by the Governing Board of the Diputació de Girona, which provides, among other follow-up mechanisms, for the creation of a joint committee made up of representatives of both institutions. The performance of the purpose of this contract entails, on the part of the contractor, access to and processing of personal data of the persons who are beneficiaries of the service.…
