The contract timeline is as follows: Each framework agreement (accord-cadre) has an initial duration of one (1) year, commencing from its notification date. It can be renewed three times for an additional year each, meaning the total duration of the agreement cannot exceed four years. The offer itself remains valid for 120 calendar days from the deadline for receiving offers.

The core scope of work for this tender involves a range of services related to the logistics and handling of patrimonial art collections for the Annonciade, modern art museum, in the Commune of Saint-Tropez. This includes:

• Conditioning and Supplies: Encompassing the provision of necessary packaging and materials for artworks.
• Transport of Artworks: Utilizing various vehicles and trucks in France, with options for grouped transport or exclusive truck transport. This also includes associated transport costs like secure warehouse parking.
• Convoyance: Accompanying artworks during transport.
• Handling and Equipment: Provision of means and materials for handling, such as plywood distribution plates, electric forklifts, electric aerial work platforms, aluminum gantry cranes, steel gantry cranes, and scaffolding towers.
• Human Resources: Provision of specialized personnel, including team leaders (minimum 3 years of experience), technicians specialized in packaging, handling, hanging, and installation of artworks (minimum 1 year of experience), and surveyors (minimum 3 years of experience).
• Storage: Services for storing artworks, including both empty crates and artworks in climate-controlled and secured warehouses, and private climate-controlled and secured cells.
• Hanging and Installation: This involves preparing artworks for hanging (e.g., adding appropriate fixings to frames and wall supports), preparing supports (e.g., taking measurements, drilling picture rails/walls, opening/closing display cases), and the actual placement of artworks on picture rails, pedestals, and in display cases for validation.
• "Aller-voir" Services: Expert visits to determine the most suitable hanging or presentation systems, with the provider responsible for the choice and adaptation of the system.
• Artwork Security: Implementing security systems as prescribed by the Annonciade or lenders.
• Unhooking/Dismantling: Operations to uninstall artworks of all kinds, including the removal of fixings from supports and frames.
