TENDER DESCRIPTION

Problem statement and project objectives GO! annually organizes and supports a substantial range of training courses, professionalization activities, study days and other training initiatives for various target groups both within and outside GO!. The current application is used for publishing the offering, managing registrations, monitoring participants, sending communications by email, generating attendance lists and certificates, and providing data for invoicing and reporting. The application is used, among other things, for activities of the educational support service and the Permanent Support Cell for the CLB’s, and it is aimed at staff of GO!-institutions, school groups, central services and external participants. Cumulatively, there are approximately 59,000 registered participants and an average of approximately 20,000 registrations per year. Events may be offered either for a fee or free of charge. The processes therefore have administrative, financial, communication-related and policy-related impact. The current application is built on a legacy platform and therefore needs to be replaced.
