The contract timeline is as follows:

The initial duration of the contract is 24 months, starting from the day after its formalization. This period includes the implementation of the new Human Resources management system, its going live, maintenance, support for platform usage, and the provision of management services.

The contract allows for extensions of up to an additional 36 months for maintenance, platform support, and management services. These extensions can be applied at once or in successive temporal fractions, not exceeding the 36-month maximum, and require a two-month notice prior to the initial contract's end date.

The contract execution is divided into phases:

• Phase 1: Initial implementation and critical process startup - This phase has a maximum duration of two and a half months (2.5 months). It focuses on implementing essential modules and processes, including personnel administration, time management, employee portal, initial data migration, functional validation, and payroll parallel before going to production. Key milestones for this phase include a launch and detailed planning session, parameterization and configuration of the first modules, initial data and historical migration, functional tests, UAT and payroll parallel, and the go-live of the first phase.
• Phase 2: Full solution deployment - This phase has an estimated duration of four months. Its objective is to complete the implementation of the remaining mandatory modules and any optional modules requested by Mercabarna. Key milestones for this phase include parameterization and configuration of the remaining modules, data and historical migration of the complete solution, functional tests, UAT and integral validation, and the go-live of the complete solution.
• Recurring service phase - This phase begins after the implementation is finalized and continues throughout the initial contract validity and any possible extensions.

All services and works performed under the contract are subject to a 6-month guarantee period following their completion.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the contracting of services for the provision, implementation, commissioning, maintenance, and support of a Human Resources Management System for Mercabarna.

• Provision and licensing of a SaaS platform for integral Human Resources management.
• Functional analysis, configuration, parameterization, and customization of the HR solution.
• Implementation of both mandatory and optional modules as decided by Mercabarna.
• Integration with Mercabarna's corporate systems and other associated services.
• Migration, loading, validation, and reconciliation of data and documentation from existing systems.
• Provision of contractual management and payroll processing services, including calculation, review, closing, payment support, incident management, legal communications, and compliance with fiscal and contribution obligations.
• Continuous improvement actions.

Implementation Phases and Key Deliverables:

• Phase 1: Initial Implementation and Commissioning of Critical Processes (maximum 2.5 months).
