TENDER DESCRIPTION

This dynamic purchasing system is for the supply of medical devices for the Emergency Medical Center – Sofia (CEMC-Sofia). The duration of this DPS is 48 (forty-eight) months. The estimated value is 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand) euros excluding VAT. The dynamic purchasing system is open throughout its duration to every candidate who meets the selection criteria. Access and participation are free and open to all interested parties. This dynamic purchasing system is not divided by separate categories. The documentation lists approximately 128 estimated nomenclatures with quantities. These are estimated based on the contracting authority's planned needs. The contracting authority is not bound by the indicated quantities and will order according to its specific needs during the contract – the estimated quantities may be exceeded or a smaller number may be ordered. The forms/packaging and items are indicated with regard to the real activity of the medical staff at CEMC–Sofia and the assembling of medical bags.
