TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract consists of three separate lots: 1) Lot number 1 with the subject – maintenance and repair of vehicles from the fleet of the Emergency Medical Center – Sofia, as well as the necessary repair work for providing the service "road assistance on roads open to public use." Approximately 106 vehicles listed in the documentation are subject to maintenance and repair. The documentation specifies 7 types of vehicles (those that are practically the most frequently repaired) with about 420 of the most commonly replaced auto parts, consumables, and services. All interested parties should consider that it is possible that the EMCS-Sofia will receive new (warranty) specialized vehicles (ambulances) from the Ministry of Health – the number, quantity, and whether there will be any at all is not known at present. The estimated value is EUR 435,000 (four hundred thirty-five thousand) excluding VAT.
