The goal is to provide objective data for the implementation of the National Policy on Administrative Procedures and to prioritize actions within the National Program for Procedure Simplification, significantly enhancing interoperability with other public sector systems for information dissemination without direct user intervention.

The project will address challenges such as cleaning multiple copies of the same documents, extracting all information into data format, and optimizing the quality of Di@vgeia metadata, as well as automatic publication of significant datasets to www.data.gov.gr. A new architecture will be adopted to drastically reduce, by at least 65%, required storage space and computational resources, while ensuring proper system operation. This will involve leveraging emerging artificial intelligence technologies, language models, and techniques for accurate metadata input to facilitate information searching, categorization, and utilization.

The contract encompasses a unified scope and is not subdivided due to the project's architecture, strong interdependencies, complementarity of individual services, and high interoperability requirements with both internal functional units and external systems of Greek public bodies.

The nature of the contract is primarily for services, with additional aspects related to goods, specifically information technology services, including consulting, software development, internet, and support. It also includes IT training services and software packages/information systems.
