TENDER DESCRIPTION

A renovation is being carried out on the building of the Palace of Justice (PvJ) in The Hague. During the work, the building remains in use. The administration of justice and day-to-day activities must continue during the renovation. Therefore, the renovation is carried out in phases. While part of the building is being renovated, other parts remain available for hearings, meetings, office work and other necessary activities. The purpose of project management and supervision is to ensure that the work proceeds properly, that disruption for users of the building, nearby residents and other parties involved in the surrounding area is limited as much as possible, and that quality, budget, safety and project scheduling are guaranteed.
