TENDER DESCRIPTION

Test kit for determining HLA by the SBT method of the HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DQB1 and HLA-DPB1 loci (6 loci per sample), for 240 samples. The successful tenderer’s task is to deliver the products to the OVSz Transplantation Immunogenetics Laboratory. Under the test kit, the contracting authority understands the tests, other reagents and the required additional auxiliary reagents needed for testing a blood sample—or one or more types of blood sample. The required other reagents and additional auxiliary reagents, listed by name, are the following: • Taq polymerase suitable for nucleic acid amplification, • distilled water of molecular purity, • reagent required for purification of the amplification product, • agarose, • gel electrophoresis buffer, • dye suitable for DNA detection, • molecular weight markers, • reagent required to carry out the sequencing reaction, • reagent required for purification of the sequenced product, • capillary electrophoresis buffer, • cartridge.
