TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public procurement is to select a contractor with whom a contract will be concluded for the development of a methodology and tools, preparation of individual reports and a consolidated report, in implementation of Activity 2.1., Work Package 2 under project BGRS0600098: Scaling the Regions (RESCALE), funded under the cross-border cooperation programme INTERREG VI-A IPA Bulgaria – Serbia 2021-2027. The scope of the service to be provided is the development of a methodology and tools, the preparation of individual in-depth diagnostic analyses of 100 /one hundred/ small and medium-sized enterprises, the provision of 100 /one hundred/ individual in-depth diagnostic reports for the enterprises with a recommended volume of 20-25 pages each, the provision of a consolidated report (defined in the Technical Specification for this public procurement).
