TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Department of Internal Medicine II of Halle University Medical Centre offers the full range of services of a university-level maximum-care provider with the most modern diagnostic and therapeutic options, as well as numerous specialist outpatient clinics in the fields of nephrology/hypertensionology, rheumatology, diabetology/endocrinology and transplantation medicine. A particular focus of the nephrology work area is the acute care of our patients with end-stage renal failure. In our acute dialysis department, around 5,000 renal replacement procedures are carried out per year, with all dialysis modalities available, such as hemodialysis, online hemodiafiltration and peritoneal dialysis. This open procurement procedure aims to modernise the equipment pool for hemodialysis systems in the Department of Internal Medicine II of Halle University Medical Centre. The equipment currently used exceeds a minimum service life of ten years and has been classified by the specialist department for medical technology as urgently in need of replacement.
