TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is a service including clearing of the right-of-way zone (easement), affecting land plots in forest and non-forest (urbanised, agricultural, protected, disturbed territories for restoration) areas of an electricity line (Overhead Line (OHL)) 220 kV Oborishte–Benkovski, part of the transmission network of the Republic of Bulgaria. The 220 kV Oborishte–Benkovski OHL was put into operation in 1965; it represents the connection between the substation “Aleko” and the substation “Kazichane” and is operated by the MERS Management Plovdiv, Pazardzhik Division from pole No 1 to pole No 126. The 220 kV Oborishte–Benkovski OHL has a nominal voltage of 220 kV, with two three-phase sets on the line poles with horizontal arrangement of the phase conductors. The route of the 220 kV Oborishte–Benkovski OHL planned for clearing passes through different categories of territory, including mountainous or rugged terrain, up to parts of which there are no roads, and access with mechanisation is hindered.
