TENDER DESCRIPTION

The new buildings of the hospital in Grabs consist of two buildings, S and O. Building S is implemented in three phases, and building O together with phase 2 of building S. The first phase of building S was put into operation in September 2020. The second phase and building O are to be completed by end of 2027. After that, the third and final phase of building S follows, which is intended to be handed over to operations at around 2032. The contracting authority reserves the right not to carry out certain works or phases.
