TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the Contract is the purchase of advisory services by external advisors for legal, tax, accounting and other specialized services, for the implementation of the sale of the Non-Performing Loans Portfolio ("Transaction"). The procedure and methodology shall comply with what is required by the supervisory authorities/guidelines and shall be appropriately adapted to the data of the OHC S.
