TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the maintenance works of the monuments of the archaeological site of Eretria that are included in Phase A of the project for the consolidation of the monuments north of Ipisos Avenue and concern the monuments of the Western District (including the Western Gate), the Temple of Dionysus, the Northern Gymnasium, the Sebasteion, the Craftsmen’s/Industrial District, in accordance with what is described in the maintenance study. The services to be provided are classified under the following codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 92522000-6 Maintenance services for historic sites and buildings. Award of the contract in the form of separate lots is not possible due to the nature of the project, which constitutes a single whole with a unified aesthetic style. The estimated value of the contract amounts to EUR 201,612.90 excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: EUR 250,000.00). The duration of the contract is set at 18 months.
