The contract duration is up to twenty-eight (28) months from the signing date. The contract end date is no later than April 30, 2029.

• Phase A: An introductory and diagnostic meeting with each business team, during which a diagnostic study will be conducted using a structured questionnaire.
• Phase B: The completion and delivery of the Feasibility Study.

These studies are intended for an equivalent number of research teams or beneficiaries, to support the preparation and submission of invention disclosures.

Key deliverables and aspects of the Statement of Work include:

• Feasibility Studies: Each of the 70 studies must comprehensively describe the targeted invention, defining its technical field, providing an overview of the technical solution, and outlining its main characteristics.
• Search Strategy: Each study will detail the search strategy employed, including keywords, synonyms, CPC/IPC classifications, and the temporal and geographical scope of the search.
• Search Results Analysis: The studies must present detailed search results, differentiating between findings from patent databases and research literature, and identifying the closest state of the art.
• Patentability Assessment: An assessment of the invention's patentability based on the prior art search results is a required component of each Feasibility Study.
• Initial Meetings and Diagnostic Study: The contractor is required to conduct at least one introductory and diagnostic meeting with each research team. This includes a diagnostic study based on a structured questionnaire, which the contractor will develop and submit for approval to the Contracting Authority.
• Methodological Approach: The successful bidder must present a comprehensive methodological approach in their technical offer, covering project implementation phases, deliverables, milestones, proposed procedures, search tools for databases, and communication protocols with the Contracting Authority.
• Project Team Structure: A complete proposal for the structure, composition, organization, roles, responsibilities, and time commitment of the project team members for managing and implementing the work is required.
• Deliverables Format: The final deliverables for each study include a complete Feasibility Study in PDF format and the raw search data in an Excel file.
• Project Duration: The overall project execution period is not to exceed twenty-eight (28) months.
• Flexibility: The contractor may need to conduct additional meetings with research teams to gather supplementary information or provide clarifications during the project.
