TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority intends to award the planning services on the basis of HOAI by means of a negotiated procedure in accordance with § 17 VgV with a competition for participation. The planning services to be awarded include the following partial services (all partial services must be offered): - Object planning services for buildings and interior spaces in accordance with §§ 33 et seq. HOAI (service phase 8 - object supervision (construction supervision) and documentation in accordance with § 34 HOAI, service phase 9 - object management in accordance with § 34 HOAI) - Additional service - Condition surveys
