TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority intends to award the planning services on the basis of HOAI by means of a negotiated procedure in accordance with § 17 VgV with a participation competition. The planning services to be awarded include the following sub-services (all sub-services must be offered): - Specialist planning services for building services engineering ELT (plant groups 4 and 5) in accordance with §§ 53 ff HOAI 2021 (All basic services for performance phases 1 to 3 and 5-8 in accordance with § 55 in conjunction with Annex 15.1 HOAI 2021; special services up to performance phase 9 in accordance with § 55 in conjunction with Annex 15.1 HOAI 2021 are currently not known).
