TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority aims for a standard assortment of Products and Services with limited price differentiation. This means that the assortment must be highly standardized, yet precisely sufficiently diverse to offer the various users within the Contracting Authority a suitable service and appropriate level of support for the intended purpose, while keeping the price per print/cost per product as low as possible. The scope of the contract includes the following: • Professional sign equipment, with functionalities including printing, cutting & laminating; • Both domestic and abroad. The delivery of sign equipment and services will take place in, among others, the following regions: the Netherlands; Germany; Belgium; Caribbean region; • Both military deployment printing services, such as ships in foreign ports and missions, as well as (peace) office environments; • Maintenance of all consumables (except paper); • Service and maintenance of sign equipment; • 2nd line helpdesk; • Logistics in a broad sense; • The protection of defense data, ensuring that defense data are not left behind, combined with data security (Information Security); • Functionalities to enhance user…
