TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks to procure electrical services for the hospital, with a contract duration of twelve (12) months, renewable for an additional year, subject to extension options. TENDER BRIEF
The contract duration is set for twelve (12) months, commencing the day after the signing of the relevant agreement. There is an option for an additional year, which includes a unilateral right to extend for two (2) months, and up to ten (10) months with the agreement of both parties. The total contract duration can be extended by up to 50% through a justified decision by the contracting authority, following a request from the contractor submitted before the contract's expiry, in objectively justifiable circumstances not attributable to the contractor.
