TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is maintenance services for voice and customer service platforms and the related additional services, products and licences in accordance with this request for tenders and the terms set out in its annexes. Voice and customer service solutions consist mainly of products provided by the Mitel Group, including several private branch exchange and contact centre systems, as well as other solutions related to fixed exchange services. The subject matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the annexes. The contracting authority has the right to purchase the subject matter of the procurement also as part of its own service production, by means of which the service is produced for the contracting authority’s customers. The objective of the procurement is to find for Istekki Oy (hereinafter also “the contracting authority” and the “contracting entity”) a cost-effective supplier for maintaining, expanding and developing the existing voice and customer service systems.
