TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Post-warranty service and technical maintenance, preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repair of agricultural machinery: preventive maintenance, diagnostics, servicing and repair, as well as comprehensive support, where necessary, for agricultural machinery operated by TP “DGS – Asenovgrad” with technical parameters specified in the Technical Specification – Appendix No 5 to the documentation. 1.1. In case any of the agricultural machines listed in Appendix No 5 to the documentation are no longer operated by TP “DGS – Asenovgrad”, such machine shall be removed from the list of machines subject to post-warranty service and technical maintenance, without any penalties and compensation being due on the part of the Contracting Authority; 1.2. Provided that during the term of the concluded contract “South Central State Enterprise” DP – city of Smolyan acquires new agricultural machines, which are operated by TP “DGS – Asenovgrad”, the Contractor must be prepared to take over the post-warranty service and technical maintenance also for them; 1.3.
