TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot No. 1 includes "Supply by purchasing spare parts and consumables for motor vehicles managed by TP „DGS-Karlovo”, YCDP – Smolyan". The list of motor vehicles included in the subject of the contract is contained in the Technical Specification for Lot No. 1 – Annex No. 2-1 of the corresponding public procurement documentation. The supplied spare parts must be new, unused, and correspond to the make and model of the vehicles described in Section 1, item 1 of the specification. Each spare part must be delivered in its original packaging and intact. The packaging must bear a sticker certifying the origin of the spare part. Deliveries will be executed upon order by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY according to its needs at the time of the request. The request will be made by TP „DGS-Karlovo“ by telephone or by e-mail provided by the CONTRACTOR. All deliveries must be made on-site at the administrative building of TP „DGS-Karlovo“ at the address: Karlovo city, postal code 4300, Karlovo Municipality, Plovdiv Region, "Kalofer voivoda" St. No. 23.
