TENDER DESCRIPTION

The items subject to the public procurement are listed in detail in the Technical Specification (Appendix No 1) of the participation documentation. The items included in it are not mandatory by quantity and the contracting authority shall not be liable if it has not exhausted the quantities specified. Delivery will be carried out following a written request from TP DLS “Shiroka polyana”. The delivered materials must be new and unused. The selected contractor undertakes to supply the contracting authority with other materials in addition to those listed in the Technical Specification for the procedure, with the price of the same being formed on the basis of the contractor’s current price list at the time of delivery, applying the percentage of commercial discount indicated by the contractor in its price offer (Appendix No 3). Stating the percentage of commercial discount in the contractor’s price offer is mandatory! The materials to be supplied must comply with the relevant standards, rules, regulations and laws applicable in the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union for the production of products that are the subject of this procurement.
