TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement is “the performance of services”, within the meaning of Article 3(1), point 3 of the Public Procurement Act (ZОP), and the secondary subject is “the provision of supplies… carried out by purchase…” on the basis of Article 3(1), point 2 of ZОP. This public procurement falls within the cases of mixed public procurements, pursuant to Article 11(1) and (2) of ZОP, including more than one subject—services and supplies—but it is awarded as a service, as stipulated by the legislator in Article 11(2) of the Public Procurement Act. The public procurement will be carried out under the conditions described in the participation documentation for the procedure, as well as in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements set out in the Technical Specification /Appendix No 1/.
