Lot No 1 “Delivery of food products” for TP “DLS- Izvora”  The subject of the public procurement includes periodic delivery of food products, the description of the goods by type, and the forecast quantities, which are contained in the Technical Specification - Appendix No 1.  In implementation of Appendix No 1 of ORDINANCE No N-1 of 23 July 2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products, the subject of the public procurement specifies the minimum mandatory environmental requirements when delivering food relating to organic food products. The contracting authority applies this requirement to deliveries of food and beverages as follows: - in 2026 for not less than 4% of the total amount of deliveries of food and beverages from each of the groups listed in the List of organic food products; - in 2027 for not less than 5% of the total amount of deliveries of food and beverages from each of the groups listed in the List of organic food products; The specified quantities of the delivered organic food products may be ensured with one or with several of the types of products included in the List of organic food products for each individual group.
