The Contracting Authority of this open procedure for the selection of a contractor for a public procurement awarded under the procedure of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) is the Director of TP “DGS Kresna”, who by Order No. RD-07-96/13.02.2026 has been authorized by the Director of “SZSDP” DP, Blagoevgrad Municipality, to organize and conduct this open procedure. For the conditions for conducting the procedure that are not regulated in the instructions, the provisions of the Public Procurement Act and the subordinate regulatory acts for its implementation shall apply, as well as the applicable national and international regulatory acts, in accordance with the subject matter of the procurement. On the basis of Art. 21, para. 3 and Art. 73, para. 1 of the PPA, the Contracting Authority announces this procedure for the award of a public procurement as an open procedure, in which all interested parties may submit an offer.
