TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority announces this procedure for awarding a public procurement on the basis of Article 18(1), item 1 and (2), in relation to Article 74 of the Public Procurement Act. The subject matter of the procurement includes delivery, installation and balancing of new tyres and rims for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, owned by TP DGS Chirpan for a period of 24 months, as well as installation, removal, gluing, balancing, straightening of rims, rust cleaning, vulcanisation and other similar services for the contracting authority’s used vehicle tyres. For the conditions for conducting the procedure not regulated in the documentation for participation, the provisions of the Public Procurement Act and the Regulations for its application shall apply, as well as the applicable national and international regulatory acts.
