TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of 18F-DCFPyl (piflufolastat 18F) for UCK, in the range and with an estimated quantity specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. The supplied assortment must meet the requirements specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ will result in the rejection of the bid. 3. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial bids. The Contracting Authority has not divided the contract into parts because such a division in this procedure is unnecessary and would cause significant difficulties and excessive costs in the performance of the contract. In addition, Article 91 of the PZP Act does not impose an absolute obligation to divide the contract into parts; instead, it provides for the Contracting Authority’s right to divide the contract into parts, and therefore it is not possible to formulate a claim of illegality of such action due to the absence of a provision imposing the obligation to divide. 4.
