TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of medicinal products used within chemotherapy and drug programs. A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing information on the assortment, quantities, and its requirements has been specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the ToR, in which the Contracting Authority requires the provision of the trade name of the drug. The expiry date of the offered subject of the contract shall not be shorter than 6 months from the date of each delivery.
