TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public procurement is to select a contractor to carry out construction and installation works for the repair/reconstruction, alteration and extension of an elevator for the building of 25th Primary School “Dr. Petar Beron” with an identifier according to the Cadastral map of cadastral regions (CCKР) 68134.201.238, located in UPI I “for a school”, plot 37, locality “Lagera”, district “Krasno Selo”, Sofia Municipality. The public procurement has been prepared with the aim of improving the qualities of the building of 25th Primary School “Dr. Petar Beron”, ensuring structural stability and extending the building’s service life; mainly upgrading the educational environment and ensuring safe and healthy conditions for educating children and students; expanding the functionality of the school building and increasing its capacity in order to develop children’s interests and opportunities; creating an accessible architectural environment ensuring access for all children and students to the facilities and wings of the school.
