TENDER DESCRIPTION

Specialist planning for technical equipment, plant groups 1-8 pursuant to § 53 et seq. HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 15, LPH 2-3 and 5-8, as well as the documentation of LPH 9 for a two-storey building constructed in solid (mass) construction with a partial basement, canteen with 250 meal participants for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) at the Kassel Marbachshöhe site. The gross floor area is approximately 1,240 m², the gross volume is approximately 5,728 m³. On the ground floor, the dining hall/food room, the food serving area, and the kitchen-related infrastructure necessary for operations are provided. On the basement level, changing rooms with showers and WCs, an employee room, storage rooms, as well as building services connection and technical rooms are arranged.
