The Free State of Saxony, represented by the State Enterprise Saxon Real Estate and Construction Management (Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement), intends to renovate the building complex - Saxon State Parliament at Bernhard-von-Lindenau-Platz 1 in 01067 Dresden, to carry out technical renewal and to extend it due to lack of space.
