TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract (the “contract”) is the procurement of 1 new motor vehicle container carrier S3 (hereinafter also the “ANK”), including ensuring warranty inspections throughout the period of the quality warranty for this ANK, and only on the condition that such inspections are requested by the contracting authority from the supplier (see Article VIII of the contract - Annex No. 2 to the tender documentation). The ANK is intended to secure the supply in the area of “restoration of supplies of electrical energy” in the territory of the Czech Republic. The delivery also includes training of the operating personnel for a duration of 1 hour for at least 2 persons, during the handover and acceptance of the ANK at the place of performance.
