The products must be intended for professional use and comply with the requirements set out in the request for tenders and must meet the laws and regulations applicable to them. The products must comply with the regulations and official orders in force in Finland and in the EU area. The products offered must, in accordance with the manufacturer’s product information, be intended for the use purpose stated in the request for tenders. The product group must be offered in full; the tender will be rejected in respect of an incomplete product group.
