TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project to be implemented involves the planning and construction of 5 accommodation buildings of type 150 (rooms for 150 soldiers each) in connection with the new construction of the accommodation area at Lager Heide / Command Headquarters. The construction measure is related to the overall planning for the new construction of the accommodation area of the property. The subject of the planned contract is the building design (service phases (LPh) 4 in parts and 5-8), starting with the adaptation of the energy-saving building (ES-Bau) currently in the approval phase into energy-efficient building (EW-Bau) quality. Details of the scope of services can be found in the contract and its annexes, which are enclosed with the tender documents. The service call-off will be made in stages. The existing design status of the accommodation buildings is based on the existing "Standard Planning for Accommodation Buildings - Type 150" of the German Armed Forces and has been coordinated with the user on all essential points.
