TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction of the new service building for the General Customs Directorate Dresden is planned for approx. 400 staff members with a usable office area of 7,182 m² plus 970 m² of special areas. The total area of the building plots is approx. 9,000 m². The total difference in level across the area is approx. 0.4 m. For the area, the State Capital Dresden has drawn up a development plan, which, among other things, specifies building plots. The site is currently built on and is partly used commercially. The subject of the planned assignment is object planning for civil engineering structures for the provision of services to the new buildings, the dismantling and, if necessary, relocation of existing service lines. The planning services for deep engineering construction are to be provided in performance phases 2 - 8 and construction supervision in accordance with § 43 et seq.
