TENDER DESCRIPTION

The new construction of the service building for the Generalzolldirektion Dresden is planned for approx. 400 employees, with an office usable floor area of 7,182 m² plus 970 m² of special areas. The total area of the building plots covers approx. 9,000 m². The total difference in level across the site is approx. 0.4 m. For the area, the state capital Dresden has established a development plan which, among other things, specifies building plots. The area is currently developed and is partly used for commercial purposes. The subject of the planned assignment is the structural engineering design (object planning) for the installation of media services for the new buildings, the dismantling and, if necessary, any relocation of existing utility lines. The planning services are to be provided for civil engineering works in service phases 2 to 8 and construction supervision pursuant to § 43 et seq.
