TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the planned assignment is building design for fire protection and safety-related structural measures for the listed school building of the State School for the Hearing-Impaired “Samuel-Heinicke-Schule” in Leipzig. The assignment of the services shall be made for service levels 2 to 4. Details are to be found in the contract and in the annex to § 6 – Specific Performance Obligations to the Contract – which are enclosed with the tender documents. The approved concept design in accordance with RLBau and the fire protection concept are available and form the basis for the further planning. The construction measure must be implemented during ongoing operations by 06/2030. For this purpose, an interim container will be set up in order to enable work in a further 6 construction phases.
