TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the planned assignment is building design services for the structural measures for fire protection and safety engineering at the listed school building of the State School for the Hearing Impaired “Samuel-Heinicke-Schule” in Leipzig. The services are commissioned for service levels 2 to 4. Details are to be found in the contract and in the Appendix to § 6 - Specific performance obligations to the contract - which is attached to the tender documents. The approved concept design in accordance with RLBau and the fire protection concept are available and form the basis for the further planning. The construction project must be implemented by 06/2030 while operations are ongoing. For this purpose, an interim container is set up in order to be able to work in a further 6 construction phases.
