TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the site of the State Gymnasium for Sport, Leipzig, Marschnerstraße 30, the existing boarding facility is to be refurbished and, in the building section adjacent to the school, 40 places are to be set up for students over 18 years of age. The measure includes complete refurbishment of the existing building for the roof and façade, as well as partial refurbishment in the interior. The new construction will be carried out in advance in a separate measure. The subject of the contract to be awarded in this VgV procedure is technical building equipment for KG 440 + 450 for the refurbishment of the existing boarding facility. The exact breakdown and additional services can be found in the specific performance obligations in the annex. The residents to be accommodated here are the 40 students currently accommodated separately (over 18 years of age). These are to be housed in single rooms with a shared area. In addition, the sports medicine area (school doctor and physiotherapy) is to be accommodated here, which is also used by the school.
