TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the site of the State Gymnasium for Sport, Leipzig, Marschnerstraße 30, the existing boarding school is to be refurbished and, in the half of the building adjoining the school, 40 places for students over 18 years of age are to be set up. The measure includes complete refurbishment of the existing building for the roof and façade, as well as partial refurbishment in the interior. The new build will be carried out in advance as part of a separate measure. The subject matter of the planned contract under this VgV procedure is the technical building services equipment, plant group 440 + 450, for the refurbishment of the existing boarding school. The detailed breakdown and additional services are to be found in the Specific Performance Obligations in the annex. The residents to be housed here are the 40 students currently accommodated separately (over 18 years of age). These are to be provided in single rooms with a shared area. In addition, the sports medicine area (school doctor and physiotherapy) is to be accommodated here as well, which is also used by the school.
