TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the site of the State Gymnasium for Sport in Leipzig, Marschnerstraße 30, the existing boarding facility is to be renovated and, in the school-adjacent building portion, 40 places for students over the age of 18 are to be set up. The measure includes complete refurbishment of the existing building for the roof and façade as well as partial refurbishment in the interior. The new build will be carried out in advance as part of a separate measure. The subject of the planned award under this VgV procedure is the planning of technical equipment (plant groups 1, 2, 3, 8) for the refurbishment of the existing boarding facility. The exact breakdown and additional services can be found in the specific performance obligations in the annex. The residents to be accommodated here are the 40 students currently accommodated separately (over 18 years of age). They are to be housed in single rooms with a shared area. In addition, the sports medicine area (school doctor and physiotherapy) is to be accommodated here, which is also used by the school.
