TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the site of the State Grammar School for Sport in Leipzig, Marschnerstraße 30, the existing boarding school is to be refurbished and, in the building section adjacent to the school, 40 places for students aged over 18 years are to be established. The measure includes full refurbishment of the existing building for the roof and façade, as well as partial refurbishment in the interior. The new construction is to be carried out in advance in a separate measure. The subject of the planned contract to be awarded under this VgV procedure is the planning of technical building equipment (building services groups 1, 2, 3, 8) for the refurbishment of the existing boarding school. The detailed breakdown and additional services are to be taken from the specific performance obligations in the appendix. The residents to be accommodated here are the 40 students currently housed separately (over 18 years of age). They are to be accommodated in single rooms with a shared area.
