TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the site of the State Gymnasium for Sports, Leipzig, Marschnerstraße 30, the existing boarding school is to be renovated and 40 places for students over 18 are to be established in the school-adjacent half of the building. The measure includes the complete renovation of the existing building's roof and facade as well as partial renovation of the interior. The new building will be constructed in advance as a separate measure. The subject of the planned award of this VgV procedure is the structural planning for the renovation of the existing boarding school. The residents to be accommodated here are the 40 students currently housed separately (over 18 years old). They are to be accommodated in single rooms with a common area. In addition, the sports medical area (school doctor and physiotherapy), which is also used by the school, is to be accommodated here. These rooms cover about half of the existing boarding school. No use has yet been determined for the other half. This is to be planned as vacant. However, the renovation should include the entire roof and the entire facade.
