TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the site of the State Grammar School for Sport, Leipzig, Marschnerstraße 30, the existing boarding facility is to be renovated and, in the building wing adjacent to the school, 40 places for students aged over 18 (Ü18) are to be set up. The measure includes complete renovation of the existing building for the roof and facade, as well as partial renovation in the interior. The new-build work is to be carried out in advance under a separate measure. The subject of this VgV procedure to be awarded is structural engineering planning for the renovation of the existing boarding facility. The residents to be accommodated here are the 40 students who are currently accommodated separately (over 18 years old). They are to be housed in single rooms with a shared area. In addition, the sports medicine area (school doctor and physiotherapy) is to be accommodated here, which is also used by the school. These rooms cover about half of the existing boarding facility.
